The bed was comfortable and it was easy walking distance to cafes and beach. I like to have fresh air & ceiling fan but there's only air conditioning. I did ring before booking & was told there was rooms with ceiling fans.Ended up getting a room with a small window but it opened up to a shared balcony that is enclosed so no airflow. Can't leave balcony door open as anyone could walk in. Felt like I was sleeping in a tomb. Also no emergency exit plan on back of door only instructions in information booklet to go to carpark. It's like a rabbit warren & it would be helpful to know the safest, quickest way out. There was also cockroaches in the bathroom when I got up during the last night there to use the bathroom. 😱

Would have given it 5 stars but for the shouty signs in the corridors and rooms telling you what not to do. A quick redesign of those would change the tone immediately. But overall, we loved it.
