8/10 Very good

Our stay was great. The employees were very kind, our room was clean and comfortable although we were in town for a concert and weren’t spending much time in the room. The staff was very accommodating when we wanted to check out early but needed to keep our car parked in site.

8/10 Very good

The place itself was nice. Very clean. Room was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. If walking from Union Station, the neighbourhood is kind of rough, but did not get bothered by anyone. Makes you much more aware of your surroundings.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was simple, clean, and a decent size for a short stay. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast provided was great. I would highly recommend it, especially given the location and price.

2/10 Poor

Do not book!!!

The room was dirty. The floors were sticky and the walls were filthy. There were flies in the room. There had been water damage that caused mold that has not bee cleaned. It is not in a great neighborhood so walking to Union Station was not an option. We had booked the room for 2 nights and we left within 1 hour of checking in and stayed at another hotel. Maybe it was just this room, but this room should not be made available until it is fixed. We weren’t interested in seeing if the other rooms were any better. There are also very few electrical outlets and the AC unit was plugged into an extension cord.

DIRTY and druggies outisde bad breakfast.

The location of the hotel is great. BUT dosent feel safe. Instead of staying at a hotel for 100$ more, we had to spend those 100$ plus more on taking Uber in and out from the neighborhood as a lot of zombie drug people where walking on the street. Also the breakfast was only sweet stuff( muffin, juice, banana) and a pickup bag. So we had to dine outside to get proper food. Spending 50-100$/per night. The bed was a bit small and the room was small but if u think of the price it was ok, the floors and walls was VERY dirty. It’s a bit soundly from outside. But if I sleep on the AC side the loud AC will mute. Ambulance and police picking up overdosing people’s. Good thing was the charger and the fridge in the room and the AC. We left earlier as it was horrible and dirty we couldn’t stand it. Spend the money and take a better hotel!!!

Great Price for Toronto

The staff were great, very helpful. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom could do with a mirror. For the price you pay there has to be a downside, there is, the area. Full of homeless / begging and drug taking. I would not go out in the evening walking or walk back to the hotel, take a cab. Although I will say that in the main they do leave you alone and the hotel do not allow them into the premises.

Too Small

The room was extremely small. Paint was peeling off the walls and bathroom door. We had to put our suitcase in the bathroom because there was no room. The sink was so small, it was difficult to brush our teeth and they put a mirror with a shelf just above it. Staff were nice and the breakfast was acceptable. We will not be staying there again.

We were lucky to have parking. Rooms were clean and tidy.

2/10 Poor

Disgusting! Dont stay here.

The floors were dirthy throughout the lobby, stairs and room. The bathroom door handle was falling off. Feces on the wall. Air conditioner couldnt be turned on because it had no buttons. No soap to even wash our hands. Shower was disgusting looking. Toulet paper holder was rusted. Plug in was loose and didnt seem safe. Light in the room that wasn't even hooked up but painted blue. Marks, stains, paint and dirt throughout the tiny room.

It was okay overall considering the price, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the area IMO was not the best even though it was downtown.
