The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay!

Amazing place. The staff did not speak English, but made us feel welcome and the kids camp crew kept them busy all day long, every day. Breakfast is great and all food options are on rotation so they don’t get old. Close proximity to downtown Porto de Galinhas makes Uber trips easy.

The hotel outside areas are amazing. The swimming and it is just few feets from the beach. The only things need to be done is some updates on the toilets inside the rooms. The are old. so the walks near the shower door looks a bit dirty.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it.

The bungalow was facing the ocean it had an outside area with a hot tub, sitting area and a swing. The room was very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal, everyone was very friendly. At night they had music by the pool. Overall the entire resort is beautiful and family friendly. The downside was the we had a problem with the shower it kept backing up.

I absolutely recommend it.

The hotel is great. The only “con” that I found is that, being a 4 star hotel, the rooms were located in 2 floor buildings without elevators. It was not a problem for me as the hotel staff carried the luggage up the stairs. And I could see that the visitors who were not able to climb the stairs in the ground floor. So no big deal. Hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The food was great too. I recommend it 100%.

O banheiro do bangalô onde me hospedei precisa de uma boa limpeza. Dentro do vaso, precisa dar uma boa esfregada. Estava bem sujo. Geralmente eu reclamo, mas ...nao quis me dar ao trabalho. As espreguiçadeiras do bangalô sao de madeira e fiquei surpresa por que tinhamos que deitar no duro. Liguei na recepcao pra pertuntar se tinha algo alcochoado pra pôr e nao tem. A maioria dos funcionarios bem educados, simpáticos...mas tinha uma da tapioca que dava ate medo. Muita fila pra pedir tapioca e ovos preparados na hora. Teve dia que eu desisti. Parece que as " bocas" dos fogoes que elas usam para preparar sao fracas e demora demais para o alimento ficar pronto. Perdi um anel no apartamento , que certamente foi pra baixo da cama...falei com a moça da recepção que ficou de me dar uma resposta. Ela disse que a camareira naonachou, mas certamente wsta lá..a questao é que o espaco é muito oequeno e tem camas embutidas nas laterais da cama de casal...e sendo assim, seria muito trabalhoso tirar aquelas camas de lá pra verificar . Infelizmente, eu nao volto para o Village.
