Compact but well situated for the price
A few days in Tokyo seeing the sights and visiting Tokyo Disney, hotel room was small and compact but enough for 2 staying just to get a nights sleep, staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel was situated a short 10 minute walk from Tokyo station. The hotel was showing signs of wear but overall an enjoyable stay

Nice hotel with clean and modern rooms, but very small. There’s a double bed, and only about 2 feet of space around it. Just one “slow” elevator for a 15-story building also makes it hard to get in and out of your room.

Great location but too tight to stay
I spent few weeks in Japan for for my vacation and stayed at different hotels in various cities. I know rooms of hotels in Japan are generally very small, but I don't expect it was so small and the layout is so terrible. Even worse, it doesn't provide any laundry service or self-service laundry machine. However, the location is very convenient, that's the best part of it.

Check in process was interesting no flexibility with early check in. Place is extremely small the rooms are literally like closets. Breakfast was horrible. I don’t think they even used real eggs. I’ll never stay here again. I’ll pay extra to stay at a decent hotel.

This hotel was very convenient. You can take the keisei express arrive pretty much at the hotel front door. The staff were friendly during check in and whenever we left for the day. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. Rooms are on the smaller side as expected in Tokyo, but if you pack a lot of luggage then it would be hard to move around freely in the room.
