Frustrating stay
We got the villa at the top of the hill. It was nice. It had a pool for two people overlooking the Caribbean. It was alot of walking to the car. The main pool was awful and disgusting. We told the front desk. It was cloudy and dirty. There was no food or drink available on the property. They advertise a restaurant however there wasn't anything available. In fact it appeared there hadn't been anything open in a year. There wasn't a beach to swim at, we were told to go down the road to their sister resort. Luckily we had a rental car.

Great place to stay close to the airport! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Nice pool with 3 iguanas hanging out! Some things were broken, window in bathroom didn’t close, but was clean, comfortable bed and hot shower! Restaurant is closed but easy walk to the airport!

We thought this would be a convenient place to stay as it is right near the airport. If you want a hot shower, don’t come there room 219. No hot running water. In fact it was just dripping down. Told the lady at the desk they said they would get someone to look at it obviously nothing happened. The poor place needs some TLC. The doors are banged up. Just needs a lot of updating.

Not as good as it could be
Quiet hotel, mostly, with large rooms & a balcony. A/C works well, as does the coffee machine. The staff are friendly and will help as best they can. However, the shower in my room was poor. People get annointed in church with more water than comes out of it. Plus, it takes an age to warm up. No fridge in the room. Some have, most havent, so its a lottery. And they need to take care of the feral chickens. One of the reasons I like this hotel is because it's quiet. Now it isnt as the chickens have arrived. No restaurant on site as closed for refurbishment apparently. Nothing mentioned on web site & still charging top dollar. I think that's a bit lousy. If I now have to drive down the road for breakfast the hotel should at least tefund some of the price, maybe?

Interesting place to stay, one main pool and a second little one up the private road a bit, lots of wild cats and roosters with their own unique agendas, decent rooms, place took a hit at the last hurricane and whole sections shut down but everyone friendly and would come back. Also, walking distance to both airport and a lovely beach!

The staff were nice. However, there was no hot water for the duration of our stay. The amenities at the hotel were closed for the season (understandable), but this wasn't reflected on the website when we booked. The heat pumps for the air conditioning was located on the balcony, which made the balcony unusable. There was a domestic violence incident in an adjacent unit, which made me feel unsafe.

I don't recommend this place its false advertisement the picture online are old, our 5 day stay with no hot water, mildew, rotten furniture, building structures unsafe, bad parking, mildew smell in the room, as a couple they put us in a 2 queen room when i sak for a king bed, no phone in the room we had to use our personal cell to contact the front office, there was no refrigerator and when i asked for one the employee went and took one out of another room but it would not keep anything cold. Too many stray cats on the property, no surrounding maintenance.
