The perfect hotel and hospitality.
From reservation to check out the whole experience of the Marie-Rollet hotel has been superb. I arrived extremely early before I could check in. I had travelled on an overnight train. Both Sandra and Rita on reception were so kind and helpful. They looked after my luggage and even delivered it to my room. Sandra phoned me when the room was ready and I was able to check in earlier. My room (12) was extremely well appointed and comfortable. Very clean with an armchair to relax in too. A very bright and airy room. The hotel’s location was excellent with everything so close by. By far a favourite hotel of mine that I’d stay in again and certainly recommend. Although no refrigerator in the room I was able to have access to one to store things. A nice touch.

Excellent location! Walking distance to EVERYTHING. We stayed in probably the smallest room (booked last minute) but it was fine--though down quite a few stairs. The staff was lovely. Left us a nice bottle of wine b/c we mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I would def stay here again.

Few blocks from Chateau Frontenac. Cute room with character. Five steep steps going up as soon as you open the front door from the sidewalk. No lobby/gathering area. Great place to lay your head while in Old Quebec. We will stay next time we are there. GREAT location!!
