The location is excellent and the service is great! The room is very spacious and the A/C is good. The breakfast buffet is also great. The guy cooking the omelet should be more friendly and must greet the guests.

Parking round the back of the building was fine also. Lowlights: the pool is tiny and male-use only. Like other hotels youre given several small plastic bottles each day - i'd rather one large one to reduce plastic waste

La peor experiencia de mi vida. Al llegar al hotel me informaron que habían vendido más habitaciones de la cuenta y que estaban llenos… que me tenían que derivar a un hotel a 3 minutos de ahí… tras mucho discutir y sin conseguir que hoteles.com solucionase el problema, no me quedó más remedio que irme a dormir al hotel más cochambroso que he visto en mi vida… sin mantenimiento durante los últimos 60 años… como una cárcel de un país tercermundista… hotel Mena Andalusia. Además de esto, recalcar la malísima educación y servicio del recepcionista. En resumen, mal el hotel y, sobretodo mal hoteles.com por no solucionar el problema.
