Whilst it’s considered five star probably is a really nice three star. Rooms are not the most comfortable but a little dated. Think if you’re wanting full buffet half board etc then I’d recommend this place. Luxury no. That aside the staff here are very well trained professional polite and on the ball. Nice hotel, shame about the pool.
The hotel was in a good position, but extremely busy traffic just outside. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The bedroom was very spacious and the housekeeping was excellent. The downside to the hotel was the pool area. Most of the sun beds were never in the sun and the pool was only in the sun for about 90 mins to 2 hours in the day due to the building next door shading the area. It was a shame and for this reason we would not visit again.

Had an amazing stay at JA Ocean View, All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my sons birthday during our stay and they upgraded our room and left him a nice cake on his birthday. I loved the location along the main walk on JBR, food outlets and the beach at your doorstep.
