My stay here was amazing, it was a bit pricy and I felt that some meals should have been included. The overall experience was amazing and the staff was amazing.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Rusty the dog was so sweet. Property is great for children with the pool and animals, but there are a lot of stairs when walking and exploring. I’m not sure it would work for everyone. We got in late after the restaurant was closed, so they had sandwiches and fruit prepared in our room without us even asking. It was the little touches for us. We loved it here! Highly recommend.

Loved the warm welcome drink and hospitality. The grounds are beautiful and our room was over the top with all natural wood and stone decor. Our surname posted on the front door was a nice personalized touch! We loved the balcony hammock and jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and bathroom waterfall! Access to La Paz Waterfall Gardens for a huge aviary, exotic wildlife and gorgeous waterfalls. The property is terraced on a hill so lots of stairs.

The Peace Lodge is a unique experience unlike traditional hotel resorts. Sitting high on the mountain (volcano in the near distance) among the clouds with beautiful grounds, waterfall hikes and access to native animal and bird experiences. Very nature based and eco friendly. Staff was exceptional. Very quiet and peaceful.

The staff in particular was great and made the experience all the more memorable!!!! Special thanks to Byron and Brayan, our servers at the restaurants who were not only extremely knowledgeable about everything Costa Rica but also provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate every request. Definitely a 6 out of 5 stars for the property and staff. Can’t wait to come back!
