Room is very clean, but somewhat crowded. Not a lot of space for luggage. Robes and slippers were a plus. Staff was friendly. Very convenient to Tokyo station.

Our room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The buffet breakfast was quite good, but exactly the same every morning. We stayed 6 nights and it became boring. The staff were all very polite and spoke English. The limo bus to the airport was right on the ground floor of the hotel, very convenient. We would stay there again.
