Our 12 night stay was delightful. The location was convenient for what we wanted - within 5 min walk to the beach and several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach towels were provided daily, they took care of taxi reservation to the airport. Although the rooms are plain but very clean, woth great air conditioning, excellent WiFi, and included daily housekeeping. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a budget place to stay. Well worth the price.

It is a great property because of it's location, but until you get used to the layout, it's kind of strange arrangement with surrounding buildings. I think I found my go to hotel in Phuket. Yes the room didn't have a window but the location to Patong Beach and the blue building food court makes up for it. Plus the staff were nice and smiling.
