Not a hotel
Attractive room, accommodating service, everything was clean and nice—except it’s not a hotel, just a room rental (although it does have maid service and cold breakfast). There are no amenities here, and the reception desk is a full 5-min walk from our room. We had trouble with our key cards which became an ongoing issue. And because there were 3 of us (using foldout couch) there wasn’t anyplace to sit in the room. Now we’re in a proper hotel and what a difference. So, it just depends on what you want. We like the hotel experience with amenities and lounges to sit in. If you don’t care about that, this place is very nice.

Close to Town, perfect unit!
Amazing condo right downtown and quiet. Newly built or remodeled, very high end, but affordable. We loved the wine bar down the street. Excellent reception. They even held our luggage for four days while on a tour. Highly recommend.

Great location near to main shopping street but quiet. Well equipped and proportioned. We had the breakfast which was delivered and placed in the fridge the afternoon before then fresh sourdough bread delivered about 8am in the morning enough for breakfast and lunch!

Nice apartment
We stayed for one night in a 3 BR apartment in Reykjavik. It was a reasonably comfortable place. Parking is a bit inconvenient since it's in an area with paid street parking. We also heard people walking and driving by, but not super late at night. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to be close to the tourist part of the city.

Great hotel in the heart of the city
The rooms were great but finding the place was very difficult. The hotel is 5 different buildings in a 5 block radius. It was difficult to find reception in the dark, freezing rain. Better directions are needed. After check in though everything was perfect. Parking is difficult

Didn’t have good directions or pictures of the main office, lost when we first got there. Luckily we didn’t need elevator but didn’t seem to be an option in our house/hotel. Shower was terrible, large bathtub, hand held sat at edge of tub so had to hold while showering. Wish at check in he would have explained how things worked in Iceland like heat and windows for ac.

We rented the 2 BR apartment and it was in a fantastic location. It was clean and safe and quiet. My only complaint is that there are only 2 channels for TV. Other than that, I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay, we stayed in the print room court yard building. Our family suite room (513) was modern, large and well equipped with main bathroom, bedroom with an en-suite. In the main part of the room split into 3 areas, there is a well equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 single beds in a sleeping area and a lounge area (with a sofa bed which we didn’t use). Cleaning everyday, room was well lit and individually controlled heating. Shower was excellent and very powerful and warm! The property itself located centrally, main shopping street with bars and restaurants close by and only a few minutes walk away. We would definitely book to stay here again! Nothing to fault at all.
