Staff was nice
The room was an executive suite with a separate bedroom and a kitchen. The problem with the kitchen was it barely had anything in it. A few pieces of silverware some plates, glasses, and cups. There were some pots and pans, but nothing to even cook eggs. There were no utensils. It made it very hard to do anything in the kitchen. They didn’t offer any paper towels or hand soap in the kitchen at all. We had to get extra hand towels just to dry our hands in the kitchen. There was nothing to wash out your dishes so we had to use a wash cloth from the bathroom. There was a dishwasher, however it was very noisy. There were no pods or liquid for the dishwasher. When we asked they brought them right up.
I called a couple of days before I booked this place and was told the couch in the living room was a pull out but when we arrived I found out it wasn’t. I had to sleep all scrunched up.
Nothing seemed very clean. The floors were dirty. They don’t come in every day to clean so it seems they could put a little more time and effort into cleaning the place. I told the front desk that they needed to have a talk with their housekeepers because they weren’t doing a very good job.
The location is a bit out of the way. I would not have booked this if I would have known what was around it. The only things were a former hotel with plywood over every door and window. There were a couple of houses up the hill behind the hotel. Also a bunch of feral cats hanging around the boarded up hotel.
