What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We had a wonderful visit. The service was great and always friendly. The views from the restaurant were gorgeous. And there’s a telescope that the manager will use to show you stars and planets! I stayed 5 days with my partner and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are great, specially the rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean, the food of the restaurant is amazing but what sets this place on another level it's the people working there. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stefanos and Christos. We went on a half board reservation and every day we were greeted both for breakfast and dinner by them, they recommended us plates in the hotel restaurant, were available for any special request and treated us like royalty. Also they recommended plans and things to visit for our whole time there. If I come back to Naxos, I'll sure be going again to this hotel.

Stunning setting

We love this hotel…the design, the rooftop pool and bar, the light, the friendliness of the staff. There were some amazing idiosyncratic issues with plumbing and mosquitoes following an unusual, heavy rain. The staff were responsive. You really need a car for this location. Overall, we loved our time here.

This hotel was good for our stay in Naxos. It has a great location next to the beach. The staff are great and make sure you are taken care of. The rooms are good size and well appointed. Only negatives we had were the mattress was too firm for our taste. We thought some odd choices were made to seem fancy such as electronic adjustable bed and a bidet toilet, but we would forego those things for a softer mattress and linen. Overall it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again if we went to Naxos.

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. Great hotel, great amenities, best location, amazing staff! I think this might be the only hotel with a rooftop bar/restaurant/pool in Prokopios Beach. You get a view of the whole beach, amazing sunsets, but the staff is what makes it even better; very friendly and attentive specially Celios at front desk and Cristo(?) at the rooftop restaurant. Hotel is directly across the street from most popular restaurant in whole beach. Hotel is not beach front but takes less than 1 minute walk to get to beach. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The hotel is OK, nothing special, we didn't find it outstanding, and expensive for the quality. Not sure how they get the 5 stars they advertise The rooms have everything you need, and are adequate. The staff are lovely and try very hard, they're pleasant and are very helpful. The pool is small and water temp is very cold and past refreshing, the picture is very deceiving, with only 6 beds. The breakfast is ok, but staff are smoking in the kitchen while guests are eating, ugh! The location is good and very convenient with shops and restaurants near by.

Very friendly staff. Not a five star hotel. There are nicer properties nearby. Do not recommend room with hot tub. Nice spacious. But toilet/washroom made the room smell like a public toilet. Location is excellent. Has underground parking if you rent a car. Breakfast good. Lots of restaurants nearby. This place is fine, but should not be advertised as five star. Far from it.
