Awaken after midnight, otherwise enjoyable stay
Always a good stay, enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I do have a complaint about the man that was speaking really loud outside my door with his children running in the after midnight, woke us up scared that there was an emergency happening outside our door. I hope this is just a one time event because we really enjoy our stays there thank you

A clean, quiet, safe hotel reasonably priced
We seem to spend one or two nights at this hotel every time we go to Winnipeg because it is clean, quiet and safe. My husband loves to tease the desk clerk that he identifies as a pet so he should be able to stay free. Of course it doesn’t work but it’s become a running joke with an excellent, personable desk clerk. It’s always a pleasure to stay here as mentioned and the rates are also very reasonable. We will definitely continue to stay at this hotel.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all. I understand it’s on Christmas and a short staff bed was very uncomfortable. The sheets were dirty. You can definitely tell they were stains. Left on the sheets and pillows. Definitely won’t be staying there.

The hotel was great. Friendly and competent staff. Quick check in. BUT in the pictures of the hotel it shows a room with several options for a continental breakfast and the hotel DOES NOT OFFER this. They have coffee and muffins only. In the reviews about the hotel a customer even mentioned the breakfast options. Staff said they haven’t offered a breakfast for a year now so Hotels.com should be on top of changes.
