The Food was excellent local produce and cooked to perfection . Really worth a visit just for the food only. Staff were excellent friendly and welcoming.

The evening meals were fabulous, the brisket in particular was exquisite. They catered very well for my dietary needs(lactose intolerant coeliac). The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

Great place with fantastic food.
Great stay for two nights for work. The welcome was friendly as were the locals and the room was comfortable and well appointed. What set this apart was the quality of the food on both the evening menu and breakfast. I use places like this a lot as my job involves a lot of travel. I see the same menu in most places and so to see a varied menu like this and such great tasting food was a complete delight.

A very nice and friendly pub, with great staff. There is a handy Co-op right next door if you need anything, and there is adequate parking. The food in the restaurant is really good. I recommend the steak and ale pie. Service is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with a good breakfast selection included in the price. We have stayed before, and will likely stay again.

Great place to stay, but on a sunday everywhere closes at 9. No food served on Sunday night and the chinese over the road only takes cash. Clean ,warm and welcoming. Suited me for the 1 night i stayed. Limited taxi service due to local schools allocating all the early runs

Lovely accomodation with Great restaurant,
I was working at Snetterton Circuit so the Nags head is ideally located. Lovely welcome and although it was busy they found me a nice table for dinner. Restaurant was excellent. Room was spacious with great facilities and excellent shower. Parking was limited but mainly due to inconsiderate parking. There is the village square directly opposite with ample parking though.

One night stay
Nice bustling friendly pub. Good hearty food and a range of ales. Room clean and comfortable, but with only a roof view. (Not an issue for a short stay). Excellent range of breakfast with friendly attentive staff member. Car parking a little thin behind the pub (I was in a classic car), but free parking also available in village square opposite. Super close to Snetterton motor circuit.

Stayed here for 1 night The rooms were lovely and clean, not noisy at all, it was nice and quiet. (staying above a pub is always a concern) We dined in and the food was delicious, freshly cooked to order, restaurant quality and a reasonable price . Breakfast was delicious, quality produce. We would definitely stay again! The staff even went out of their way to put up a birthday banner and balloons for one of our parties birthdays. Thank you for a great stay!

6/10 Good

This pub with rooms is ok for an overnight stay, it is definitely not somewhere for a holiday stay. The room is quite basic & as with so many basic rooms no plug sockets beside the bed (a pet hate of mine). The en-suite shower room was ok but the frosted glass window looked straight out onto the public road & buildings opposite but the window had no blind/curtains which is a definite no no for me. The only access to the rooms is via a very narrow open wooden spiral staircase, there is no other access option so if you needed to carry more than a small overnight case it would be extremely difficult & dangerous, likewise anyone with the slightest of mobility issues would find it either impossible or extremely difficult to access the rooms. I was asked at check in to complete a breakfast menu form & I specifically asked if they had fruit tea & was told emphatically that they did however when I arrived at breakfast there were none so I was not able to have a hot drink with my breakfast, not the end of the world but don’t tell guests you offer something if you don’t. All in all it’s an ok place but there are probably better options around for the same cost.
