全体的に満足
東館のコンフォートシングルに滞在。部屋の広さやベットの快適さはとても良かったが、何らかのかすかな異音が常に発生し続けていたのが残念だった。 部屋の防音性が良好で外界や隣の部屋からの音が遮断されて静かだったからこそ、壁の中の配管を何かが通る音や何処か漏れているような水音が目立ってしまっていた。 逆に考えると、それ以外の音は一切しないくらい静かで快適である。 加えて、人工温泉も快適であり、朝食も必要なものはある上に高菜ご飯や鶏飯などご飯者がとても美味しい上に種類も豊富なので楽しかった。 熊本駅の目の前かつバイク駐車が無料でこのサービスなら個人的には最高に近い。

全体的に掃除が行き届いている感じで、特に不快に感じる事はありませんでしたが、寝る時にベッドのシーツ（端の方）に汚れ？シミ？のようなものが付いていました。それが無ければ、星5つでした。 とはいえ、朝ごはんも美味しかったですし、何よりフロント横にあるコーヒーメーカーが一杯ずつ豆を挽いて入れるタイプでしたので、変な苦味や酸味もなく美味しくいただきました。 今回は出張で利用させて頂きましたが、次回もこちらでお世話になりたいと思えるホテルでした。
