Great location. Close to BTS and convenience stores. Concierge and reception staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive. Housekeeping staff does a great job in keeping the room spotless. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Bangkok.

Ideal location for the sky rail
This hotel was the perfect location to access the sky rail. It was a bit noisy as we were on the 11th floor so if you can try and get a higher floor (we tried but they couldnt give us one) as the constant hum of the road traffic can be annoying. There was plenty of breakfast choice.

We were traveling for four nights. The bathroom and bathtub were very dirty. The cleanliness was poor. The towels were stained and dark. Fortunately, I brought my own towels. A charging cable was lost in a friend's room on the third night. I suspected that the cleaning staff took it away when the room was being cleaned.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. This was our second hotel in Bangkok for 3 nights. We enjoyed a pleasant and tranquil stay at this hotel. The spacious bedroom sky suite room offered ample comfort and relaxation, and the location was perfect for BTS travel. The price for our stay and duration was reasonable. The only drawbacks were that the hotel’s facilities, including the gym, squash court, outdoor and indoor pools, and spa, closed earlier than anticipated compared to other hotels in Bangkok. It would have been nice to enjoy these amenities later in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Furthermore, the breakfast service also concluded earlier than at other hotels in the area. Despite this, we had an enjoyable overall experience during our stay.
