Reservei o quarto antes, com pagamento antecipado, e ao chegar no hotel, mudaram o quarto, e me colocaram em quarto de baixa qualidade, passei na recepção, falei sobre o ocorrido e me informaram que não poderia me trocar de quarto, pois o hotel estava lotado. O atendimento na recepção não foi receptivo, e nem se proporão a verificar o ocorrido.
