This was our third stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic—across the street from the Viktualienmarkt and a five minute walk to Marienplatz, where almost all S and U Bahn connections are. We will stay here again!

Everything was wonderful from the start to the end, location is perfect -directly inside the Viktuelinmarkt, rooms are insanely large according to a European hotel, breakfast is very very good with variable cheeses and vegan options. Staff was very helpful especially thanks to Turkish couple! They are really doing it!

The location is excellent, right across the street from the marketplace and easily walkable to Marienplatz/shopping/restaurants. Checking out was the best part of our stay. Coffee maker broken. Brought a new one. New coffee maker broken. SMALL room the size of a closet. No housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels. The front desk staff is nice & that’s about it. We couldn’t wait to leave. 10/10 for location if your headed to Christmas markets that were packed. So boring.
