Warning! Bait & change for single rooms!

Already when we arrived we complained about that the rooms was smaller than booked. No reaction from reception insted we had to pay to get one bigger room. The room booked was supposed to be 15m² but after measuring it is ONLY 7 sqm! Seven and not 15 as booked!! No excuse from Comfort, blamed Hotels.com but we checked other sites and both had 14 sqm. After giving bad review for check-in we got refund for the extra fee for the bigger room. The act from staff and management show deep dishonest behaviour. Never this hotel again.
