Some complain about the property being older but it was a good experience. Its older but sort of oldschool in its own way. Very clean. Bed is a bit short and sofa was worn. Blankets are worn. I originally stayed here one night and decided to stay another night. Breakfast had a variety delivered to the door. Air conditioner worked great. Nice TV and channels though we didnt use much. Its a great value. Mini bar was stocked but some Diet Coke would have been nice. I would stay here again.

Very well located
It was a large hotel, with fair services and friendly staff. The location was really extraordinary, major city sights were close by, the must see of architecture and cultural related areas. NIce neighborhood, with a lot of nice but pricy restaurants, very secure area. The swimming pool and the "gym" were ok. The buffet breakfast was all right. We had a nice stay, even though room size for a party or three was rather small.

This was my 2nd stay at Cheverny Apart Hotel and like the first time I was quite pleased with the size of the rooms, the service of the hotel staff, the breakfast and the location less than 5 minutes walk from where the airport bus is getting in. Can only recommend this hotel in Belo Horizonte - good value for money.

Nice big rooms close to center of town
I stayed at Cheverny Apart Hotel for 1 night but was very pleased by this place. The hotel staff were really friendly and even if I arrived before 9 AM in the morning they still gave me my room straight away. The rooms are big - like small appartments and I had a room on the 15th floor with a nice view over the city. Breakfast was also excellent. Furthermore the hotel is less than 5 minutes walk away if you arrive with the airport bus so very convenient.

O Cheverny Apart Hotel é sempre minha primeira opção quando viajo para Belo Horizonte. O apartamento possui sala com cozinha integrada, o que possibilita o preparo de refeições, pois há todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. O banheiro é confortável, assim como o quarto. A TV é conectada a um aparelho da Claro/NET e conta com várias opções de canais. O apartamento possui uma varanda pequena, mas aconchegante com vista pra cidade. Ar condicionado em perfeitas condições. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Ao chegar, como o quarto já estava disponível, permitiram que eu fizesse o check-in antes das 14 horas sem custo adicional. Retornando a Belo Horizonte, pretendo me hospedar no Apart hotel novamente.

Para hospedagem rápida
O espaço é muito bom, estava tudo muito limpo (com exceção do chão e do sofá que, pelo menos visivelmente, parecia bem sujo). O barulho do ar condicionado é muito alto. Atrapalhou muito meu descanso. E não tenho problemas com isso normalmente.
