This hotel was an amazing start to our trip to Vietnam. The hotel was in an excellent location, near to the St. Joseph Cathedral and only a short walk from the old quarter. Really big rooms, clean and wonderful staff. Good selection at breakfast with food cooked to order. Best thing was the staff. They were so nice and super helpful. Mr Dong helped us not only during our stay in Hanoi but helped book our trip to Halong Bay and even our onwards travel from the city!

A beautiful hotel, located near St Joseph's Cathedral in the heart of Hanoi. Vibrant street life all around and just a short walk to the central lake and many markets. The staff are wonderful - Kimmie, Rose and all the rest. They could not be more organised, friendly, helpful. Our room was very comfortable with a great view. The cleaners popped in every day, always spotlessly clean. And the restaurant breakfast was the best in Hanoi. Just delicious, great variety and beautifully presented. It goes without saying that we will be staying here again. Mr Ding were really nice and professional and organized the rip to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with resonable price and good qualities
