Excellent staff who were gracious before during and after my stay. It’s a walk up so be aware, but I loved the ambiance and the view from the big, big window in the tiny, tiny room. Will visit again.

Brit hotel is a nice small hotel. The rooms were small but it has a fridge and air conditioning that you can control the temperature to your needs. It is located in central London and easily accessible to train and bus service. Lots of food options around the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Hotel!

We had the most perfect stay at this hotel! On arrival and throughout the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if needed. The room was incredibly clean and exactly as expected, you could really tell it’s a newly renovated. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily, with new towels too. There was also a complimentary coffee machine for use in reception which was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend staying at Brit Hotels and will be back for sure!

Needed a place for a 2 night solo stay near the Underground. Hotel Brit fit the bill perfectly! Just opened after renovations, it is clean and neat. My room had great air conditioning and good water pressure on the top floor Upper foor rooms are reached via some steep stairs ( no lift) but may be consideration if you have any difficulty with walking upstairs.

Didn’t start off great (window wouldn’t that was left opened and impossible to close, somewhat dirty duvet cover, very bright light above the bed that made it impossible to sleep) but as soon as it was dressed the next morning, the staff took care of it all and no more issues to report! We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Brit Hotels Earl's Court. We appreciated the quiet area, while still being close to shops and public transport. It was great to have air conditioning and black-out curtains in the warm weather. Thank you Brit Hotels for offering family rooms! We also really appreciated the water fountains at reception and the hot drinks machine. I spent a lot of time choosing a hotel and I am glad I picked this one.

Room was clean and modern. Aircon worked well which was good since it was hot outside. Calm street/area but unfortunately other hotel guests were up really early all days slamming/talking in the corridors and door were not sound isolated.

Excellent hotel which I would recommend to others

I had a lovely stay at Brit Hotels. The service was excellent and when I didn’t program the safe correctly, the manager was very patient in resetting it for me. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the shower was good. There were ports for chargers which was helpful too. It was extremely quiet in the hotel and is in a safe area and I would definitely stay again. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel and it's location were great, but the person at the desk ordered a "taxi" for my 80 year old grandmother, that was not a real taxi and didn't take credit cards. Fortunately, she had just enough cash to pay for it.

Clean and new, didn't seem to be a way to turn off the light/fan in the bathroom. Could definitely hear people being loud in the hallway, slamming doors. My AC was dripping all over the floor all night. Front desk attendant on my departure day was very helpful and friendly! Smooth out a few things and it would be more than excellent!
