8/10 Very good

Clean compact rooms close to public transport and easy to access. A variety of breakfast options for all menu tastes.
Mark, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

A lovely and clean hotel. About half an hour from Shinjuku station. Two subway stops from Ginza. In a nice neighbourhood. Would definitly stay here again.
Emma, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

We loved the kindness of the staff, they helped us with our luggage to send it from Tokyo to Osaka. Highly, highly recommended for families who want a quiet area, we went everywhere by walk!
Ivanna, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Property was very clean. Washers and dryers were available for guests. Would stay here again!
Jaime, 8-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Good hotel and location and very close to the station. Walls are super thin so you may hear some late night activity from other rooms. But other than that, very good hotel for the price. Would recommend.
Kevin, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I like the convenient location of this hotel and the price, so I have stayed here several times. It is also convenient that they don't have daily cleaning in the room, and they only deliver towels every 3 days. The receptionists are also very polite and kind. I hope they will have more non-smoking rooms in the future.
takashi, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

Staffs are nice, service is good
Janice, 3-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the subway and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Takashi, 7-night trip

jamie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good accommodation at reasonable price . Very helpful stuff. Good location .
Vivtor, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

The staff are very nice and kind. This is one of the more dated properties I have visited in japan. If you are accustomed to some of the newer hotels, this may not be the fit for you. Otherwise comfy bed and private room.
Jonathan, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Close to Station
Adriana, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Location is good, Close to public transportation and convenient stores, Quiet neighbourhood. Provided good toiletries. They have laundry facilities but it does not dry well. Cleanliness needs a lot of work. The room we have is very dusty and still have stain marks. It is also the same as the Smile Hotel we stayed at in Osaka.
Juvelle, 7-night trip

8/10 Very good

All the staff are vey friendy and been helpful with any requests. Location idea for resturants and close to tube station.
marcus, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Cute little hotel, convenient location.

Location was convenient. Comfortable bed, a little cramped space but it was good for its price. We like the daily breakfast.
Aileen, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very happy with location near subway
Tina, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

The area was convenient, however, the blankets were dirty and there were cigarette burns on the curtains and the chair. Moreover, the towels smelled like seafood.
Javier, 6-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

My first time in Japan I accidentally left my phone in the back of my taxi. Fortunately, the wonderful staff at Smile Hotel Tokyo Nihonbashi were able to call the number on the taxi receipt and arrange for the driver to return to the hotel. I was able to retrieve my phone and enjoy the rest of my stay. 10/10 would recommend this hotel to everyone. Also, the all you can eat breakfast at the restaurant down stairs is delicious.
Travis, 7-night trip

6/10 Good

The hotel is very convenient as it's very near the Tokyo metro and there's a convenience store nearby. Its location is also near most areas so it's easy to get around. However the experience staying there for me wasn't great and the walls are thin so if you're a light sleeper this isn't the hotel for you. It's a decent stay if you're not fussy due to the ideal location but there are better hotels out there for around the same price.
Shi Yun, 11-night trip

6/10 Good

Old fashioned hotel with no sound proof so you can hear the noise from the hallway very well. The room for single is compact and quite suffocating. However, the transportation is convenient as hotel is located right in front of kayabacho station.
Eunjin, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The stay went well. There is a Lawson right next door, very convenient. There are late night food chains nearby. Please note that the entrance has stairs, so you have to carry your suitcase. Not very accessible. They have a table area in the lobby but unfortunately you can't eat there.
Luciana, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

There was an odd, moldy odor in one if the elevators. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for the properties footprint.
Christian, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

the cigarette smoke is exaggerated :(
Eduardo, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

Property very dated and very poorly maintained. Rooms were not cleaned well and most things were of poor standard. The breakfast was very poor as the food was cold and very few options.
Tate, 5-night trip

6/10 Good

Old hotel at good location

Steps away from the subway! Multiple convenience stores around and a great sake bar nearby! This a cheaper, but also older hotel. That means things are not shiny and new. There's stains, mold in corners, burn marks, etc. It was still clean, but some things are worn and aged. Being an older hotel however, means the rooms are quite bigger than most other newer hotels! They also provided two pillows per bed, which is not something we saw at other Japanese hotels. We made the mistake of booking a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms available anymore. This is on us, not the hotel, but the smell was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable to bear. We got a couple of car air fresheners and clipped them to the air purifier in the room and that really really helped! (Opening the window and running the air purifier on its own did nothing)
