The hotel was extremely helpful from getting my shuttle to the hotel to everything I needed during my stay. My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Also, if you are looking to spend time exploring Antigua, the hotel is perfectly located and within walking distance to everything! I had a very nice stay and will be back there in 5 months.

I had some issues upon my initial arrival that were primarily self inflicted. The whole hotel staff went above and beyond to correct all of the situations. I would highly recommend staying here. The surrounding area here is beautiful and I would also highly recommend that you take a Viator chicken bus tour if you have the opportunity.

The architecture and gardens are delightful, the staff very friendly and helpful but the rooms haven’t changed in fifty years that is the first time that we stayed in the hotel the only change we noticed was that with a little bit of luck we get a wifi signal to read an email, overall this place is overpriced compared with same category hotels in Antigua
