This really is a lovely hotel. Set in the heart of London and part of St Pancras Station. The hotel building has a long history and it may not be immediately obvious that most of the hotel rooms are actually in a new building that is concealed by the original façade. The rooms are big and bright and the staff are very friendly. This is our second time staying and it won't be the last.

It wasnt clear how to lower the air conditioning temperature. Too hot all night long. Loved the ambience of the hotel and discovered that amazing main staircase from the original hotel. Staff is bad. They have zero training how to represent a 5 star hotel. From the security outside demanding I park my car as far as it could be from the hotel enterance (btw no ballet either) to the guy on the front desk telling cutting me off while I’m asking him for direction telling me to wait here (while not even serving anyone else, just staring at his computer) Took the grand suite, room is basic at best. No chromecast, no Netflix, Amazon prime, nothing just a few channels.

Staff were attentive and courteous. We upgraded and used the Chambers Lounge which was a great experience. The food, drinks and breakfast in this lounge were plentiful. We went to the Station Bar in the evening which had a great atmosphere although the drinks are a little pricey, but well worth a visit if you are staying here.
