A wonderful place to call home while in Japan

We had the best stay at Hotel Niwa. The hotel was the perfect introduction to Japan with beautifully appointed rooms and the biggest bed I’ve ever slept in. The food onsite was lovely and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Huge shoutout to the concierge who arrange multiple delicious meals for us locally which were all incredible.

Rest in the garden.

Niwa is garden in Japanese. There are 4 oriental gardens in this hotel, all serene and beautiful. The staff speak English fluently and are determined to please the guests. The food is good and location quiet. I will stay at Niwa every time I visit Japan.

A wonderful hotel.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location and has an excellent restaurant and happy hour. Lots of beautiful touches throughout the hotel including gardens, decks, massage chairs, morning coffee, an in room Japanese tea with traditional iron tea pot. The only thing that was not 5 star was the in room WiFi reception. The connectivity was consistently poor.

Hotel is on a quiet street with easy access to the subway. Nice courtyard, relaxation room and terrace. Great buffet breakfast with Japanese and western options. Love the detox juice and fresh made tofu. The beat fresh fruit choices in all the hotels we've stayed at on the trip. The wifi is slow unless you specifically ask for a device to connect to LAN.

A very conveniently located hotel, slightly out of the way from the hustle and bustle which was nice. The room was of an average size but the amenities were of good quality. Friendly and easy check in and check out. I didn't dine in the restaurants but by all accounts they looked busy each day. Nice garden areas. My only feedback was the light board behind the bed made noises throughout the night and the mini bar fridge was unnecessarily loud. Other than that, you wouldnt be disappointed staying here.

Hotel was on a quiet street, walking distance to the metro station. Property was beautiful with many quiet garden areas. Rooms were larger than expected for Tokyo. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance, easy access to Tokyo dome. Staff were very helpful with assisting with room amenities and airport transportation options. Beautiful lounge area on 3rd floor with tea and coffee served in the garden. Massage chairs were a great amenity after a long day walking in the city. Would recommend!
