My third stay here and it always exceeds my expectations. I was lucky enough to check in early and after a very warm welcome from the hotel staff.

We were very happy with every aspect of Tarik, especially being across the street from the beach and Chiringuitos. The staff were always cleaning, cleaning, and cleaning. The breakfast buffet was very good. We had a chance to talk with a staff member who said that the owner treats the staff with kindness and respect and, as a result, staff feel a bond with the hotel. That showed in the attention to detail and the warm and friendly treatment of guests. The Tarik is a short walk to Torremolinos Centro where we could catch the local train (Cercanias) to places like Málaga and the airport. By taxi it’s only 6km (10 min) from the airport. There’s a Mercadona supermarket behind the Tarik and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

We have been visiting this area of Spain for many years and have chosen the Tarik for our last few stays. The rooms have recently been renovated which has made a lovely hotel even better and added a modern touch. There isn’t a rush for beds around the pool like at other hotels and it is very relaxed. The hotel also offers a changing room for guests with later flights. We will definitely return in the future.

The beach is right outside, and the surroundings are great for holidays in the sun. The hotel is very clean in ALL areas, it is obvious that they take this very seriously. Breakfast (buffet) is great and plentiful. The garden has a good and deep swimmingpool and plenty of sunbeds. We can recommend the draft beer from Alhambra. Our room had a small terrace, fridge (minibar size), large bathroom and powerful A/C. Staff was very friendly and service-minded. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Tarik and would love to come back sometime soon.

A third visit here for me and it just keeps getting better. I can see some refurbishment work has been done and I had a newly refurbished room which was absolutely beautiful and now includes a mini fridge which is very handy to have. The room smelt new and after the maids had done their daily cleans the room was left pristine and smelt clean. Also a new shower which was great. The pool area was my favourite part. Plenty of sun loungers and never too busy and set in very lush grounds. Pool temperature absolutely perfect giving the time of year. Very decent breakfast on offer too. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Honestly there was not a single fault for me at this hotel. Opposite the beach too and lots of bars/restaurants/shops/supermarket all very nearby. I’d be proud to work for this hotel. I’d be proud to work at this hotel.

Hotel Tarik comes with a great history and beautiful property, centrally located right on the beach of Torremolinos. The hotel staff was very friendly to us, spoke English, and had a great breakfast. We stayed in a 3-bed room and was very comfortable. Note that there is no microwave/fridge/coffee maker. The air conditioner did also not work/had a burning odor. We changed rooms and had the same issue. Luckily opening the window with the ocean breeze felt good.
