Clean hotel, loads of space, provides tea and coffee etc, fridge came in very useful. Staff were chilled out and it was a manageable walking distance away from Masjid Nabawi. There was some dead zones in the WiFi, but worked fine overall.

Very friendly polite staff. Very clean and only 10 minutes walk away from Masjid Nabvi for me 43 years old man. I will stay again here definitely. Very reasonable per night. Loads of food places around, barber shops and laundries aswel.

Very comfy, clean and relaxing stay

Very clean, spacious, plenty of toiletries, clean towels, very comfy and clean beds, efficient air conditioning, furnished kitchenette including kettle, electric stove, with plates, pans, cutlery, cups and fridge. Fairly good WiFi coverage. Very quite relaxing atmosphere. Quick checkin, helpful staff. Distance to Masjid Nabwi is around 10/12 minutes but fairly straightforward. Close to Bilal Masjid. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will definitely recommend and will be happy to go back

I recently stayed at Aram, and while the overall experience was good, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the manager, Nasim. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, addressing any minor concerns with efficiency and a smile. The hotel itself is clean and offers all the basics you’d need for a stay, but it’s clear the team, especially the manager, works hard to make guests feel valued. Sometimes, it's the people that make all the difference, and this was definitely the case here.

Do not consider ever

We had to stay only 1 night out of the 8. We immediately left the next morning and had to pay triple the price to find another hotel last minute. Horrible neighborhood. The hotel was doing some noisy construction work without any consideration. The room was not even cleaned when we checked in!!! There were hair everywhere on the bed. Hotels.com helped us cancel thankfully but I’ve lost all the rewards night I had redeemed on this hotel.

they asked to take my id which is not legal and the communication is horrible and the location is not visible on google maps, the whole place is a scam and illegal. baby crying noises everywhere, toilet flush does not work, room is dirty. kitchen utensils in the bathroom. i have reported all this scam to higher management with expedia

It’s a clean and budget friendly hotel with no daily room turndown or any kind of services. The area around is littered with trash although there are bins to dispose of trash. Not a family oriented area to walk as sidewalks are broken requiring people to walk on streets. This can be unsafe when having small children traveling with you. No much amenities provided and towels and bottled water are provided upon request. Great staff to help and guide the patrons. Walking to Prophet’s (pbuh) at times is better than taking taxis. However, taxi is reasonable but finding one can be a challenging. Overall I would consider this hotel to be clean, budget friendly, and comfortable hotel for budget travelers.

Room itself is great but noisy from outdoors!

Cleanliness for the room was very very good. I couldn't fault them for that. Wi-Fi is great. I was really happy with the stay except for just one thing. Which was a real letdown. If the room has better sound insulation from outdoors and the hotel lobby. This room would get 5 stars. Unfortunately because it hasn't. And the room was noisy throughout the day and night. People shouting, cars beeping. Really frustrating. It did disturb my sleep. Which is the shame because the room itself is great.

The location was not bad and fairly convenient for our needs. However, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedding. It was apparent that the bed sheets and comforter had not been properly washed and seemed to have been simply replaced from the previous stay. We even noticed a few hairs on the sheets, which was unsettling and raised concerns about hygiene standards. Given these issues, we felt that the value for money was not quite justified for the price we paid. Ensuring clean, fresh linens is a basic expectation that greatly impacts guest satisfaction. We hope this feedback helps in improving your service for future guests.

Nous avons eu une grande chambre spacieuses, tout équipé, clim, tapis de prière, l'hotel est a 15 minutes a pied de la mosquée située dans un petit quartier populaire. Des magasins autour. Cependant, la salle de bain est assez vieillote et quelque peu odorante. Le personnel est super serviable, gentil et poli, on a gardé nos valises le temps de faire un tours avant de prendre l'avion. Pour une ou deux nuit c'est pas mal mais pas plus.
