Don't expect too much.
This is or seems quite a new build so all quite newish inside and out. As a regular business traveler I stay in lots of different apartments similar to this all over the UK. There are pretty much no home comforts here at all, no cushions on the settee, no knifes for cutting, no chopping board, oven dishes or any kitchen utensils what so ever , a very old scourer pad and a bathroom hand towel to dry your plates from the cheap washing up liquid that they have purchased. Costs have been cut and its clear to see. With a little bit of care, effort & attention from the proprietor and to add some finishing touches this could be nice. I was extremely disappointed also by the bedroom blind that hadn't been installed incorrectly so it wouldn't close properly to block light out, I reported this and nothing got done about it.

Lovely apartment but guests needs not met.
Lovely apartment clean and well layed out, but to have a microwave hob and oven I feel it should have pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a tv mounted on the wall but no aerial lead so you could only get on demand programs. Coffee tea and sugar was provided. This is a new complex ( about a month old )and I understand that it’s still needs refining

Middle to high end hotel
First class hotel, new build, so eventing in top condition. Everything you would need in a self contained apartment. Very spacious and comfortable, nice staff and talking to the owner Sam, he has future plans to make it even better, ie, outside welcome bar. Good for secure parking. Would definitely recommend, and i will be returning. Thanks for the upgrade Sam.
