Very comfortable and affordable.
The room was very roomy and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the lighting was very dark. The price was very reasonable, and I was able to add an extra night to my stay with no problem. The front desk staff were very nice. There is no breakfast, but there was a restaurant that served breakfast on the property.

Early Challenges, but Overall a Good Value
On arrival it appeared the bed had not been changed (soiled cover and stains on sheets). New bed linen was sent up promptly, but no other recompence offered. Shower was clogged. A repairman was dispatched within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. There are no outlets on either side of the bed. Lamps on night stand had USB-A outlets but were inoperable on one side of bed. Fridge and Keurig were nice. Bought our own K-cups. No breakfast offered. There is a two-chicks on the compound. Would be nice to get a coupon for the restaurant. Great to be able to park close to room and not have to trapse through a casino lobby. Overall, a pretty decent value for the money despite a few early challenges.

Nice clean modernized room. Friendly service from the staff. My only concern is that, even though it's nice to have a refrigerator in the room, and the heating works well; both the heater and refrigerator were very noisy at night. Thry woke me up several times. Other pluses though: easy parking. And even though they don't include breakfast, which is a bummer. The place right next door is one of the best breakfast places in Reno. I did tried it and it is excellent! Eggcellent. 😄

Waiting for check-in :(
it was ok, I prefer an earlier check-in but it is what it is. The front desk didn't offer an earlier check-in, ie: "We can get you into a room by 1pm, would you like a 1st floor or 2an floor room?". Besides that everything was just fine, just having to wait until 3pm for check-in was a waste of time.
