Great spot for a few days
Lovely spot for a few days in Mexico City. Rooms are nice, gym was well-equipped and I appreciated having WiFi throughout the building. Karol, Liz, Javi and Isa at the front desk were fantastic throughout my stay!

Mexico city gateway
The place is nice but it is more suitable for a younger crowd. The first night there was a party and the music was so loud till 2-3 am. Also there is only one window in the bedroom and no window in the living area and kitchen. As a result, when other units cooked they left their door open to let the smell out and everyone's unit smelled like what they cooked. Also, the bathroom light was more like ambiance light and you couldn't see to put makeup or shave. The doors were also poorly situated. If you spend the closet door you blocked the restroom and if you open the bedroom door, it blocked the bedside table. The whole set up was a bit off. On the other hand, the staff was great, kind and helpful.

Booked for four nights but had to leave after first due to excessive noise heard from the 14th floor where we stayed. Loud motorcycles and contant car beeps through the night. The property manager was kind enough to refund us and we moved elsewhere.

Great location/hotel, needs better cleaning
The hotel is in a great location and our balcony on the 13th floor was amazing! You can see that some of the work was rushed (painted in the floors, glass, etc) and the cleanliness was questionable. If they address their cleaning issues I think this place is great.

The accommodation location was fantastic. Very excellent communication from the staff. There was an infrastructure glitch with the A/C but they quickly worked to address it. If you are a light sleeper there is street noise at the crossroads of an intersection. Cool rooftop views!!

I absolutely loved my stay at ULIV Mexico City. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the location was perfectly situated in the super walkable Roma Norte. The room itself was spacious and super clean. I also had an incredible view from my balcony. I'll definitely return to this aparthotel for my next visit to Mexico City.

Great stay, highly recommend
The room comes with a small kitchen, they’re also very clean and modern. Restrooms are nice and plenty of hot water. The location is awesome too, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars near by. Staff is friendly and check in was quick and easy. Definitely would stay here again without a doubt.

Great location and space for extended stay
Stayed for 6 days as a couple. We had a check in issue but it was eventually resolved thanks to Daniel the property manager and Karla the front desk. We had an apartment style room with floor to ceiling windows, a balcony and enjoyed the sunrise each morning. You have everything you need for an extended stay in the room. The 24h front desk and security gave us peace of mind and were always kind and helpful when we went down. The bed is firm but comfortable, had hot water for showers and filtered water at sink and in fridge. The location is great as it’s literally on a Main Street with everything nearby, easily walkable to many hot spots nearby and if you forgot something Sanborns next door would have it. But because it is in a main area it does come with city noise so we’d hear sirens and motorcycles through the night. Would recommend ear plugs if sensitive to noise and sleeping. Had a great stay and would recommend! Thank you

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic but good sized room. Place was a little dirty and after a day started to smell a bit before realising the bin had not been cleaned from previous renters. Particularly disappointing as room was not ready for the standard 3pm check-in time.
