The hotel was as expected for the money. Budget friendly, very clean, tidy and typical size, amenities, fresh towels, ensuite, etc. Room was good, although I couldn't get the air con to work. I did have a little USB travel fan - so no big deal. Very comfy room and the blackout curtains allowed me to sleep in till 9am despite sunrise about 4am!
The vegetarian breakfast is a bit limited considering the cost is the same as the non-veg. Was close proximity to Aberdeen centre. £10 parking is expensive, when there's a park and ride you can use for free within 3-5 minutes walk. This probably explains why the hotel car park was almost empty. I think if it was £2-£3 per night, most customers would park here for the convenience. They have 100+ parking, so this surely would generate more revenue than an empty car park with only 5 cars on there, charged at £10?
