Lacking attention to detail
Lovely hotel in a great location. Great spacious room. I stayed in an executive king room which was lovely, but the cleanliness lacked attention to detail. There was a what looked like makeup stain on one of the towels. There was grime on one of the cups and spoons provided for tea like they hadn’t been washed or only rinsed out and the coffee machine water holder was dirty as well as the pot that held the coffee pods. The room and the space is great, I expect every hotel room to be cleaned to a high standard but even more so when I’m paying extra for an upgrade.

Clean, well located and well mantained, the Gibson Hotel is truly a no brainer. The whole experience has been made extra special by Gerry, from the concierge team. He’s been incredibly courteous and always available for any extra help, always with a big smile. Give him a raise, he truly deserves that!

Disaster at check in. Queue the length of the lobby check in area. Check in at 3 but didn't get a room until 3.45ish. Hotel short staffed on the day!!! Should have had enough staff to get rooms ready for guests 😡😡

Perfect
Stay for the Sam fender concert , the 3 arena, a stone throw away so location was excellent. the luas line (tram) to take you into the city centre directly outside hotel. few nice places to eat nearby also. “Amazing room, very spacious, bed was so comfy and the bathroom was lovely. Great bar/restaurant and breakfast was excellent, great choice Staff were really friendly. i def will be back
