This property has been renovated and the man at the front desk was nice but the pictures on Expedia deceive. The area seemed sketchy when I drove up but I wanted to be open minded since I had prepaid. From the windowless van in the lot to the darkened lobby to the stale stench of smoke in the room, we stayed long enough to go to the bathroom then bolted. I was too scared to go back up front and discuss cancelation- just went somewhere else. In my defense, the pics were nice and I was thinking cool lodge vibe like Great Wolf. I have officially been fired from picking out hotels. Don’t stay here.
