Perfect apartment for a winter break
We had a wonderful stay. I will use Sonder again, the location was perfect, the apartment was very clean with soft white towels and the bed and pillows were really comfortable with fresh white linen. I found it quiet, we were on the 5th floor. It had every thing we needed for a city break in Malin.

Great Stay in Milan
Great stay in Milan. A little hard to find at times because the sign is hard to see (you pretty much have to stand right in front to find it). Washer-Dryer combination appliance available; we did think it was separate machines. Utensils were not available even though we had a fridge, stove, and sink available. Customer service was great!

Wonderful property that was walking distance from to the Duomo and has multiple metro stations nearby. The rooms itself were beautiful with great views and was well stocked. Staff were helpful and the building has a nice sauna and gym. Would return on another trip to Milan.

Well done, hotel opened just a month ago so everything is pristine. From our top floor room which had all the amenities, we could see the top front half of the duomo from our balcony. The easy access to the rooftop terrace could give all staying the same experience. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I was absolutely SO impressed by my stay at Sonder Manzoni. Everything is clean and brand new, and is exactly what it looks like on picture. There is a tram stop right outside the accommodation, yet it is very quiet at night as their windows and doors are more or less soundproof. Very spacious and definitely money-for-value. It is also a walkable distance to the Milan Duomo, and Crocetta M3 station is only a 5 minutes walk away. There are many cute cafes where you can get your morning cappucinos and paninis. Loved it and can't wait to get an opportunity to stay at Sonder again.

Construction work in the property nextdoor, which woke us at 07:59 with loud banging and vibrating tools. We had no notification during check-in, but we did receive an email the next day after check-out. The room temperature was very warm and uncomfortable and the air-conditioning did not cool down. Nice clean modern room.

Perfect for a 3 night stay for a couple sightseeing in Milan. Less than a 10 minute walk from the busy shopping streets and also a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to the QC spa which was on our list to visit, so the location of the hotel is perfect. The room was very spacious, had all the amenities needed e.g. washing machine, fridge, iron / ironing board, Large TV. The room was very modern and extremely clean. Electric window shutters closed out all light which was great, slight noise out of the back of the hotel due to building work going on but didn’t affect our stay. Also a very slight damp smell from the air con when we had it on a couple of times but it went within a couple of minutes, this isn’t something that would effect your stay so don’t let it put you off!

Highly recommended but with a few downsides
The property is extremely modern, clean and situated in a very good location. The staff was nice and the wellness spa was excellent too. The photos in the listing were not accurate but the room's interior was far better than we expected! Some downsides of this property were - check-in process was quite long and tideous - had to do it well in advance and all by ourselves, downlaoding the property app and uploading documents and filling out details, which was a bit time consuming. If only Sonder could just receive the info from the Hotels.com app like other properties that would be great. Despite that, once we came late night, everything was ready for us and we were able to access the property without issues. We could not message the property on the WhatsApp number posted at reception, but we were able to reach them using their app. We did not have enough toilet paper in our room (only 2 roles were offered to us as a couple staying for 2 nights). We could not get extra ones as it was outside of reception hours. Overall, I'd still recommend this property, but you have to prepare yourself for a self check-in and be aware of reception hours if you need anything urgent.

Noise noise noise from all around
The rooms are very good and super clean that’s always great! The down side is we have renovating going on across our wall in the other building and they started drilling very early almost all of our stay there. We got a notice about it from you only after 2-3 days it began. So every morning we woke up by drilling at 0630-0700 am. In addition to this in the last 2 nights our ac unit started to whistle pretty loud all night and made sleeping very difficult and getting on our nerves obviously. The front desk guys were very nice and gave us a white noise machine after the technician checked the ac unit and said there is nothing to be done because it is the vent and he has no control over it, off course the white noise machine was useless because it only generated only more noise. Last 2 night were really horrible from that prospective.
