Not the best Hilton I've ever stayed in!
Front desk staff were not dressed professionally, were chewing food while they were checking us in. Bed was not comfortable and the pillows were sooooo flat! The bathroom shower looked dirty. The view from our room was the roof top of the drive through. The breakfast was cold and bland. The restaurant staff was very friendly.

Dirty and disappointing
The main reason I booked was for the hot tub it was empty and closed. The shower head was dirty and full of lime build up and had no pressure to even wash off with. There was a spill of some sort in the elevator and hall when we got there and it was still there at check out l. Not clean at all l. The breakfast was not good dried up and crunchy biscuits and over cooked bacon and sausage. Would not recommend.

BEAUTIFUL hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel. We choose to stay here each time that we visit our family in Bartlesville. This time the vent/fan in the bathroom did not work and there was mold in the shower. I brought it to the attention of the staff in the morning and they took note of it.I would stay there again.

The location was easy to find. The desk clerk was nice and professional- made sure to inform us of all the accommodations. The room was at a nice temperature and clean. The beds are the best! Our last night we stayed in for few drinks - Kelly (bartender) was sweet! For a two-night stay- it was a great stay.

We used digital key to check in which didn't work. There was a lovely girl from housekeeping that went and got us keys to our room. Our room was very dark. The lighting in the room was horrible even with all of the lights on. On night one I was sitting in the chair next to the bed and a huge bug flew out from under the bed. It scared me because it was completely unexpected. After looking around the room we discovered big black dead flying crickets in the bathroom, closet and in the corner by the lamp. Completely disgusting. Everything seemed worn-out. We paid over $200 a night for this??? I thought it would have been nicer. Would not stay here again.
