Bed was very hard. I did ask for a mattress topper but it was so thin that it made no difference. Paper cups in the room were disappointing. Would have expected proper cups given that we had tea and coffee making facilities. Glasses for water were also plastic. Tea and coffee were not replenished each day. Nor was the water. Only allowed for one day of your stay! The balcony was different to the photo and also close to a busy road so not relaxing. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The set evening meal was in a different hotel across the road and very poor. No one eating in there says it all. The manager was however very apologetic and did not charge us. Hopefully they can put this right. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful.

Amazing stay in the Hotel Da Vinci the staff were excellent with us, nothing was a problem for them. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great, my wife is vegan and Stefano and Massimo made sure there was always plenty of options available. Thanks Hotel Da Vinci!

Very nice and polite staff. Specially Claudio and Alissa . They were amazing for help anything we need . Great room, and YES the AC worked perfectly. Very disappointed with the breakfast, cheap and the coffee was the worse in two months . Please clean the coffee machine . So dirty I can’t believe. I mentioned to their staff a about . Inside and outside . Someone must to take care that. But is Italy . The dinner was just ok. We had once . The breakfast we had only 3 times In ten days stayed . But very close to the everything, restaurants, shops , train . And the rooms was very clean .

Staff professional,fiendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Excellent location for amenities. Montecatini is a lovely spa town with plenty of traditional restaurants, bars, spas, quality clothes shops and parks. Also an excellent location for visiting Florence, Lucca and Pisa.

A perfect peaceful location to explore Tuscany
Staff were excellent prior to arrival and throughout. Hotel is in a great location, very easy to explore as local train service is excellent. Rebecca, Federica on reception were excellent throughout my trip. Super helpful and very informative with great local knowledge which they were happy to pass on. Breakfast was a very high standard, with a comprehensive choice of delicious items, and Roberto and all staff were very attentive.

Nice hotel, friendly staff
Relatively basic but very nice hotel. Location is in a quiet part of town but only a few mins walk to the centre. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast reasonably good by Italian standards - included freshly cooked eggs and a reasonbaly good attempt at bacon! Swimming pool on the roof of a neighbouring building was very nice and welcome in the hot weather! Pass for on-street parking cost €3.50 per day. There is a small private car park which I think may need to be pre-booked.

Front desk clerk rude and condescending
Overall the hotel was ok for the price, clean and accommodating. A little dark on the lighting and decor but ok. The breakfast was poor tasting. The location is very convenient to all the action and main street of shops and restaurants. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and condescending and it appeared we were a nuisance to him, and beneath him. It would be helpful if all European hotels could provide hair conditioner and toothpaste.
