2-night trip

This hotel was not an enjoyable part of my trip, sadly. I felt like parts could do with a deep clean. Instructions to get into the building to check in was also not ideal. Myself and another guest were standing at the door confused, couldn’t find what we needed etc! Things were also dirty! Wouldn’t stay here again.

Some noise from the corridor, I clearly heard someone taking a half hour shower. Squeeking inner door to room.

Nice location, quit neighbourhood. Room ok compared to price. No good sound insulation. Good service available if needed.

It was ok, vi have mist that we not have toilets on the room, bot it was ok

We had a long layover so stayed one night. I didn’t pay attention when I booked the room that it had a shared bathroom. I believe they do have private bathrooms. Great family accommodation for a very short stay.

The property location in a quiet area near city attractions with 2 to 3 lm walking distance near the water channel.

Great place for putting your head down for two nights. Takes a bit getting used to having communal bathrooms and showers but it wasn't too much of a concern for us.

1-night trip

This place was perfectly decent for the price. It was not as nice or luxurious as a JW Marriott, but it was priced appropriately and therefore I think it was just great. The kitchen was nice and adequately equipped. The bathroom was small, but everything worked great including a nice strong hot shower. The bedroom was large enough and clean with nice big windows. We were very satisfied.

It was hard to get inside after 10 PM, but after a complicated walktrough, and a lost telefon signal, we managed. When trying to connect to the internet, we could find a code, and when leaving the room we found leftover waste under the bed... The Toilet facilites were suprisingly good Even tough the hotel is overall worn out, it was a nice stay without big problems.

The bathroom and toilet was fine and the bed sheets and sink in the room good. Do not touch the curtains or windowsill since they were extremely dirty and dusty!

Comfortable dubble bed. Dirty windows. Very hot in the room, so had to sleep with the windows open. Hard to sleep because of the noisy from the street below. Location great for a morning swim at Islands brygge.

Worst hotel ever do not stay here , I left after 2 nights and stayed at another hotel , I’m making a complaint to get a refund , the photos on Expedia website look nothing like the hotel they are misleading people into staying there , something should be done about it
4-night trip

This place looks more as an RbnB than an Hotel. Services doesn't exist really. Very surprising. The Hotel.com site doesn't say so much about the rooms, the fact that bathroom and toilet are common with 5 others rented rooms !!! However, we are satisfied by the location and the night was Ok.

Very uncomfortable beds and it was very dirty in the room. Smelled weird also. The bedsheets smelled bad and the room in general was dirty and it was very easy to hear other sounds in the other rooms. Nice area but I would not stay here again, not worth the price when it was disgusting.
2-night trip

It was definitely clean enough. It had several walkable shops nearby. I don't think I was prepared for a shared toilet or shower. I was definitely not used to that type of situation. It was ok, and I only had to wait on the toilet a couple of times. I didn't have to wait for the shower, so that was good. There were A LOT of doors to go through to get to your room. If you have a lot of luggage, that might need 2 or more trips. All in all? I would book at the 'modified hostel' again.

None are on standards. You get what you pay for. I’m not complaining. Just regretting . Lesson learned .

Not so good. It was not cleen. Informationpapers were not discribing how it was. No breakfast, no hairdryer in the room. The reception was not knowing anything about the enviroment, hospitales nearby when such was needed!
2-night trip

4/10

When we arrived the room smelled of sweaty socks. Had to open the windows on full to be able to be in there. The smell got better after doing this, but was still there our whole stay. On top of this we had (maybe the previous guests in our room) had killed/smashed about 15 flies/bugs that was still there on the cealing. NOT very nice, especially not for the 2 of us who had the top bunk beds.... Also the shower decided to stop producing hot water when I was just done shampooing my hair, so had to try to get that off in ice cold water.

No wifi. Not the same openinghours as when We booked. Had to Call to tell about check-in. The person in the phone could not find our booking and we waited in phone for some time. Very slow and almost not existing receptionist. Bad danish and English speaking receptionist. Hard to stay more than two persons in the room for 4. Would have been nice to now that we couldn’t use the “living room” with tables and microwave afternoon and evenings.
3-night trip

6/10

we've booked two same suite but at the end the hotel gave us one ensuite and one smaller room the charge of the room are the same which we are very disappointed with this but they hotel said they don't have other room for us. the kitchen supplies was not enough, there is no spoon / folks / knife in one of our room and I requested for it but never deliver to us. the so call "room cleaning" service is not daily. they will not clean the bathroom bin / take your rubbish everyday. For a budget travel in Copenhagen with a big group, you can consider to book it. I felt the hotel is dishonest to charge me the same price for two room but gave me one of the room smaller. VERY IMPORTANT: THERE IS NO WIFI PROVIDED IN THIS HOTEL!!!

Clean room(304), but needs some updating, but it's a good value option in Copenhagen, close to shop, tube station, riverfront etc. Reception downstairs a bit hit and miss, were not normally there at the times indicated, but I didn't need them tbh. But due to my flight being delayed with easyJet, they gave me an out of hours number, and my ked card was left in safe box, which was great. There's no WiFi, and the rooms have no toilet which can be a pain, the TV doesn't have many channels, the windows could do with a clean, in the mornings it can be noisy on the street below due to deliveries garbage collection etc, but as I said it's basic, but the toilet and showers were clean and hot anytime of day. I would recommend downloading the Dot app, which u can use on the tube, train and bus, especially if you've just landed and have no small coins or cash. The tube is much easier if it not familiar with Copenhagen, the bus is slow, not so regular and not guaranteed to be close. Plusses and minuses depends on ur reasons for visiting and what's important to you, it's not cheap here, coffee is around £4-6, half a lager starts at £8, bus was £4 per trip and the tube in the city zone is £3. There is Aldi,Lidl and netto, for food if budget is what you need.

2/10

If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep, especially if you just need somewhere to crash after a night out, this hotel might work for you. But just that… From the entrance to the elevator and lobby, there’s a noticeable unpleasant smell, though it improves a bit in the rooms. While the rooms themselves aren’t overly unpleasant, they’re not particularly inviting either, and the beds are on the harder side. The service was so so disappointing. Although check-in is listed as starting at 3pm, when we arrived on Friday, there was no staff available. It took us about 30 minutes to deal with someone on the phone, who kept instructing us to go to the front desk, apparently unaware that it was unstaffed. They also mentioned instructions would be in a message to us via email, but after checking all mailbox and spambox, we found no details about codes or keys. On checkout, we asked if we could store our luggage for a few hours before heading to the station, but we were told ‘No, we close now.’ This was at 11am, despite the opening hours being until 3pm. Also, none of the rooms are soundproof, so you can hear sounds from the bathroom, shower, and lobby. Overall, it’s a bare-minimum option that might work if you just need somewhere to rest.

The hotel is ok. We had a room to the yard so it was possible to sleep with window open. The hotel does not have wifi. The beds were comfortable
