Do Not Stay Here!
Terrible stay — Card charge ahead of time even though we requested to pay at property; Room size not as advertised Thin walls — we could hear neighbors and patrons down the hall; No hot water during entire stay; Patrons got robbed and room broken into, lots of police activity, we felt unsafe leaving the room and staying there in general.

Somos hotel was fantastic! Walking distance to many places you would like to go in condado like the beach, restaurants like Cafe 18 (authentic food). However, the experience really brings it the cleanliness of the hotel and Clark, the hotel attendant. He was simply amazing! Things that we needed for our stay, he made sure we had them. Always making sure to stop and connect with guests, very courteous. Our flight didn’t arrive until 4am. However, we were able to enter the hotel and our room without any inconvenience. The hotel would respond to any of our inquiries via email or would call us directly. The only thing was not enough warm water from the shower, but after long hours out in the heat, hot water didn’t matter anymore. I can’t say enough Thank you for the wonderful experience and allowing to have an enjoyable time! Maria and Paula

This property is new and clean, love the colors and decoration. The staff are re super nice except Zachary he was disrespectful with me when I called to the hotel to ask for a credit because I stayed for two nights and they charge me for three’s, another down was when I did the reservation through Expedia and even in the hotel page said that they charge for cleaning and resort fees wha I understand because all hotel in PR charge resort fees but room cleaning never heard that. Clark was very helpful and professional. The rooms are small but for a night or two is more than enough.
