Well equipped and clean rooms, although small I have everything needed. On the roof nice gy, swimming pool and bar, although it wasn't open yet. No breakfast onsite but several cafes next door offering good range of options. Nice area.

My stay at Heiss Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel welcome, ensuring a smooth check-in and always being available to assist with any needs. The room was beautifully designed spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with an amazing view that made waking up each morning a delight. The hotel's location is perfect, with a variety of great restaurants just steps away, offering plenty of dining options. Additionally, being so close to the metro station made exploring the city effortless. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, Heiss Hotel provides the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again!

A Good Hotel with Great Potential
I just got back from a several week stay at the Heiss Hotel and have lots of thoughts that should help someone considering booking here. Overall a very good property with a few areas they could improve on. Pros - location is on a safe, quiet tree-line block in Manila. Close to everything, yet hotel is quiet. Excellent location. - LGBTQIA+ friendly - Junior suite has two balconies and beautiful views - 1 guest allowed per day - Great price for its location Cons - WiFi is weak so hotel is bad for business travelers. My Zoom calls were dropped often. - Rooftop pool and gym were closed but no indication of that on the website. A bit of a bait and switch. Once this opens, hotel will be much better. - Restaurant is slow, expensive, and breakfast is terrible. Cold and tasteless eggs were served. A very limited menu when included in the room. - Refrigerator in the kitchen is not cold enough. - Front desk team could smile more. They felt more like security guards than receptionists. - Standard rooms are tiny. - No TV in the bedroom of the Junior Suite. Only TV is in the sitting room with an uncomfortable sofa.

A Gorgeous Hotel in El Poblado
The Heiss Hotel is a great option for those seeking a beautiful, clean and well-maintained hotel on a budget. It offers rooms with scenic views of the mountains and a private balcony that's usually partially shielded from the rain by the overlapping balconies above. The rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge, safe and iron. Amenities which I all used and appreciated. The drawbacks are that the room doors lack peepholes or a deadbolt or other mechanism to prevent cleaning staff from entering unexpectedly. There's a breakfast café downstairs that serves delicious breakfast and a restaurant/bar that I didn't have the opportunity to try. The rooms are relatively quiet once you close the balcony door, allowing you to block out much of the traffic noise or other loud sounds. However, I would occasionally sleep with the balcony door open and A/C off as Medellín is quite cool at night and the fresh mountain air is fantastic. Just be aware that you may occasionally be startled out of your sleep by vehicular noise. The trash chutes were not working during my stay, but front desk advised that I could leave any items by my front door for the cleaning staff to take away. I only had them clean my room once a week. It seems that they had a rooftop area but I'm told this wasn't functional as yet. You're within walking distance to several amazing restaurants and the Monterrey Shopping Center, which primarily sells electronics. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

Small little hotel, which I enjoyed very much very clean and cozy. Limited activities such as dining, pool and gym, but this was due to construction which is totally understandable. Will highly recommended it.

Me gustó solo la localización, pero deben mejorar sus servicios. El cuarto muy pequeño, viajé con una compañera de trabajo y no somos pareja solo tenía una cama. El papel sanitario estaba escaso, no tenian toallas de mano, necesidad de un buen servicio de restaurante. Entre otras muchas fallas, no tiene baños sanitarios en el lobby.
