Avoid at all cost!!!

I would give fewer than 1 star if possible. From the front desk clerk and the manager being extremely rude. To the pool area being so cold you could see your breath. To them charging us a $250 cash deposit from a smoke smell from 2023 when my husband nor I smoke. But the worse part was the roaches we found in the room and the fact that no one was alarmed and acted like we were in the wrong for asking for our money back. This place is a joke! When we found the roaches on the first night of the stay they sent up maintenance and he said “it’s cold outside, they wanna come in to.” We were then offered a room across the hall. The next morning I woke up and immediately called down stairs and ask to speak to the manager. She was completely rude and acted like it was my fault the place is infested with roaches. I had to contact hotels.com for refund because they didn’t want to offer one. We will NEVER stay here again and I suggest you don’t either. Spend the extra money and stay at the compass by Margaritaville they are amazing!!! AVOID THIS PLACE, ITS RUDE STAFF AND ROACHES AT ALL COST!
