Stay here at your own risk.
The room was quiet and served our needs, but it was less than perfect. The desk lamp had a burnt out light bulb. The front desk did not have a replacement bulb. Only one of the room keys worked, so I took them to the front desk for replacements. Of these two new keys, only one worked. The walls in the room needed painting. The refrigerator motor was noisy. The blackout curtains were usable, but were not hung correctly. The mattress was okay but not great. There were not enough clothes hangers. When we checked in on Friday night we were told there would be no hot water in the hotel until Tuesday. I asked for a discount on the rate, but none was available. I will not stay in this hotel again. Clearly they are not doing necessary maintenance and don't care much about customer happiness.

Not good
Where to begin. There was no hot water - we were told this at checkin. But since this was a last minute booking for one night and chose non refundable, we decided to stay. The carpet needed cleaning. The bathtub was dirty. There was no hairdryer, you could see where there used to one on the wall. The mini fridge gurgled all night. I would not call breakfast a buffet, it was very limited.

Don’t stay at this location!!
We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many, many times and this stay terrible. When we went down to the indoor pool, there was something floating in the water that looked like vomit. I tried to call the front desk 3 times, no answer and went down twice and no one was there to report it to.There was a picture missing on the wall, not enough towels (and did not bring extra), and there were holes in the blackout curtain. Heat did not get above 69 degrees despite trying to set it higher. The room and hallways smelled musty. The pool and hot tub looked dirty and there was a lack of chlorine smell that you find with an indoor pool. Did not bother with the free breakfast. Unfortunately this was a horrible stay all the way around! Not sure I will stay at this chain again.

Unsafe parking lot
Price is great. The bed is comfortable. There was dirty washcloths on the bathroom floor. Yukk! They also had snow last week and the parking lot was still full of ice and snow. It wasn’t cleaned at all. Our car skidded in the parking lot. They should treat their parking lot better. It just wasn’t safe to walk there!

Decent but improvements needed
This hotel is quite dated and sheets were thread-bare. The hot tub was out of order, filled with green slimey water, which discouraged us from going onto the pool area altogether. Breakfast was hot and fairly good. It did seem to be in a safe area with restaurants near by for a quick dinner (ate at Vinnys Italian two minutes away). Not bad for a quick overnight rest when traveling long distance.

A fine place for 1 or 2 nights at a reasonable $
An okay place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The price was reasonable, but the room carpet & upholstered furniture is stained, needingg a good, deep cleaning. The furniture is fine, but could use refreshing & updating to more contemporary styles. The hot tub was out-of- service, which was 1 reason, besides location & price, we chose this hotel. Knowing some of the amenities were out-of- service would have been nice prior to booking
