The room was quiet and served our needs, but it was less than perfect. The desk lamp had a burnt out light bulb. The front desk did not have a replacement bulb. Only one of the room keys worked, so I took them to the front desk for replacements. Of these two new keys, only one worked. The walls in the room needed painting. The refrigerator motor was noisy. The blackout curtains were usable, but were not hung correctly. The mattress was okay but not great. There were not enough clothes hangers. When we checked in on Friday night we were told there would be no hot water in the hotel until Tuesday. I asked for a discount on the rate, but none was available. I will not stay in this hotel again. Clearly they are not doing necessary maintenance and don't care much about customer happiness.
