Our stay here was very nice. Room was very clean and beds/pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. They even had cooked oatmeal which is one of my favorites. Hotel location has easy access on and off the interstate and a short drive to the cruise terminal in NOLA. When cruising again, we will definitely stay here!

I was happy with the overall experience but unhappy that the "incidentals" fee was not discussed anywhere in the booking but when I get to the front desk, there was a demand for an extra $50 bucks. This can throw people off from hampton inn. I had not come across this fee in other hotels. So that was a super big turnoff...and the chicken breakfast sausage was terrrible.
