Cheiro de mofo no quarto

Já tinha ficado outra vez no hotel e não tive problemas. Mas nessa estadia infelizmente tive uma experiência ruim. O quarto estava com um cheiro horrível de mofo. Logo que entramos já sentimos e também estranhamos o fato de ter um desumidificador no quarto. Tivemos que manter ligado o tempo todo e ficar esvaziando o reservatório de água que enchia super rápido, mas mesmo assim o cheiro permaneceu. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mas o único que falaram que estava disponível era inferior ao que paguei. Ligaram um outro equipamento no quarto para tentar resolver e não adiantou. Depois disso ninguém mais tentou resolver nosso problema, então a experiência foi bem negativa.

Ficamos em um quarto no térreo com muito cheiro de mofo,onde aparece formigas por baixo da cama, depois nós trocaram pra um quarto superior, onde o telefone não funcionava e a equipe de limpeza não fez a limpeza quando tinha que ser feito. Tinha um recepcionista bastante grosso, mas tinha uma que era um amora Fernanda !

Pontos positivos: 1. Localização excelente 2. Café da Manhã 3. Vista mar da área do café da manhã 4. Bicicleta gratuita para os hóspedes. 5. Piscina Ponto negativos: 1. Infraestrutura, sofás da recepção sujos, design de arquitetura um pouco antiga, bar molhado pequeno, tvs no quarto são pequenas. 2. Embora seja um hotel limpo, ao chegar no quarto possa ser que o hóspede sinta um cheiro de mofo ou de ambiente fechado mediante a uma temperatura externa elevada, no caso desse hotel, ocorre devido após a arrumação para receber o próximo hóspede, o quarto fica fechado com o ar desligado e janela fechada, não dá nem para culpar os funcionários, pois o layout do hotel em seus corredores tem pouca ventilação também! 3. Embora ciente de que a maioria dos hotéis não oferecem água gratuita, na copa baby a água não é filtrada ou seja se vc precisar de água para o bebê, precisará comprar água. A copa baby tbm fica trancada e como a utilização é pousa ao abrir o cheiro é ruim e não há janela para saída de ar. Dica para o hotel: uma área externa com um telão para assistir jogos, mais iluminação em algumas partes da piscina a noite. Obs: O hotel ao que tudo indica foi comprado e passou a se chamar: Afago Mareiro Hotel, está passando por uma modernização na fachada, talvez tenham planos para uma modernização interna dos quartos. Resumo: Se passar por uma modernização pode ser um dos melhores da Beira Mar.

Hotel agradável, muito bem localizado. Atendimento amigável. Piscina em condições a partir do 3º dia. Café da manhã bem variado com ponto alto para as tapiocas e omeletes. A ducha do 368 precisa ser desentupida. Limpeza do apartamento Acessibilidade muito boa muito boa. para cadeirantes exceto pelo peso da porta do sanitário no nível da garagem. Recomendo não pedir filé no restaurante, pois apesar de eu ter solicitado e reiterado que fosse mal passado ele me foi servido muito passado e seco. Não imagino que os demais pratos sejam mais bem elaborados.
