Heaven with a smile
Let me start by saying there is no better staff. Keith, Hisani, Melanie, Michael, and many others, everyone, everyone had a smile, said hello, went above and beyond, and frankly, made us feel like we were long time friends. You take that, and couple that with the quality of the food, and the location of the hotel, there's nothing left to want. There's a nearby surf bar with music, drinks, and decent food (less than five minutes walk). The hotel is a 2 minute walk to a beach and you can walk along the beach in either direction for 20-30 minutes. The beds were comfy, the rooms were appointed well, the water pressure and temp were perfect, and the internet worked as it should for a video meeting. The front desk ensured that we knew what to see on the island, recommendations for local spots for food, drink, and sightseeing, and they coordinate the shuttle as needed, sometimes with little to no notice. I would not change a thing. I look forward to a return trip in the very near future and seeing the staff with their welcoming smiles.
