Do Not Book
We booked with a 3rd party hotel 3 weeks ago and were told the system was down and that they couldn’t honor our reservation. We had to purchase the room again out of pocket because the issue couldn’t be resolved by hotel and the 3rd party. Still waiting on a refund from that visit. We were told that we could get the room through holiday inn itself cheaper and were charged more than the original hotel fee. So upset and now all the phone numbers listed for said hotel are out of order. This has been going on for weeks now. No resolution. Do not book here. Hotels.com has told us they need to verify this before they can refund us and we’re still waiting for refund. Feels wrong. It’s been nearly a month and still no refund. I’ve called 6 times and spoke with multiple representatives. No help! I was a silver member for years but never again will I use this app or this specific hotel.

Very Helpful Front Desk but Poor Construction
First I must thank Nancy(1st shift) for all her efforts to correct all the issues but we had to suffer through three nights and three room changes due to poor new construction and rude loud people. 1st room had loud rude people sounded like fighting at 2 - 4am, toilet seat was very loose, towel rack was broken, and the Live sream did not connect. Room 2 had electrical safety issues which caused us to change rooms at 11:30 pm. Room three was better but you could hear the toilets flushing from the upper levels. Kitchenette area had a broken pancake maker and the breakfast was overcooked. Lastly, the property is next to a fire station and rail road track which didn't help with my sleep.

Initially, I would like to commend the exceptional customer service. The hotel maintained a quiet and clean atmosphere. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower was impressive. Furthermore, the bed was extremely soft, and the breakfast offerings were outstanding. I will undoubtedly return to this hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Well the hotel is not fully finished which I didn’t know. Lots going on. Bfast was limited. The waffle machine was broken. No internet access or it wasn’t working correctly. Over all I give it a 4/10 needs a lot of improvement. Front desk staff was nice
