Dirty and Loud
Extremely dirty. The tile floor had not been cleaned in a long time. I took off my socks when I came in and after a few minutes my feed were totally dirty. Also the bath mat got very dirty from the floor. We almost got no sleep. We were promised a quiet room, but there is a train station right outside the sliding doors. You can almost touch the trains. Trains and announcements around the clock. The sliding door does not fully close, so you feel you are sleeping on the track.

GALE 1000% times better and for the same price
Terrible experience. Dirty. The consierge was a young girl who had absolutely no informational and said "I have no idea you'll just have to explore" whn i asked if there was a hot tub. Uniformed employees who aren't trained and dont apply themelves to be able to be a consegierge seems out of place for a hotel. Our kitchen sink was broke, the shower was broke, the lamp in the bedroom didn't work and their was no maintain worker on shift. The floors were sticky and there is no view at all.. The train ran all night so with the noise of the rails if was hard to sleep..

Dirty
Great location and a good amount of space, but unfortunately this place was definitely not worth the price. Floors were dirty, rugs were stained, the sink was moldy. The sliding glass door to the balcony was nearly impossible to open, and the toilet required maximum strength to flush. Front desk attendants were nice, but it was far too difficult to get anything done or addressed. It is clear that this place is not striving to provide a great experience for customers. Would not stay again.

We'll Stay Here Again - For Sure!
It had a great European feel to it. It had its own washer and dryer; spacious, rain-style shower; and open floor plan. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. The staff was freat, especially when we had an overnight shipment delivered. The only drawback was not receiving the pre-checkin email to understand parking in advance.

We stayed for one night prior to our cruise. The location is perfect, however, the room was less to be desired. There were 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. None of the outlets in the bathrooms worked. There was only one remote control for 2 TVs (one was in the living room and one tv in one of the bedrooms). The second bedroom didn’t even have a tv. The showers had mildew and my socks turned completely black on the bottoms from walking around the apartment in them. THAT, in itself was just disgusting. Very disappointed that I paid over 400.00 to spend the night there.

Family fun
It’s a good place to stay, not so great view, the patio had lots of things to do for kids like the pool, tictac toe and etc my kids had a blast staying here. It’s also close to everything. But they do need to maintain the showers a little better because when you bathe it’s a puddle of water coming out.

The studio was spacious and had a lot of storage room for luggage. The kitchen was very convenient but they only left a few paper towels for a few days and it wasn’t enough. No kitchen towels to help with kitchen. Everything else was excellent inside the studio. Our balcony was facing a parking garage and a construction site behind the building. Very noisy since 4 am in the morning. I just couldn’t sleep well. The pool and the gym was a plus. Great location, in the middle of downtown and close to the water.

Nice room, minimal to no services offered.
Arrived at 11:15 pm and there was no attendant after 11pm. The machine checked us in and wouldn't create cards for us. Chauffeur had to take us up and down to our room and open the door for us. They have no breakfast, and extremely limit ability to hold your luggage after check out. It was a 3x3 cage that holds 3 families luggage. Room was nice, but for the price I expected an actual hotel. They only started functioning as a hotel 6 months ago.

We really enjoyed this property and will be back again. Our room did not have enough towels/wash clothes but we got some from our maid. Studio is spacious. Check in was seamless but it needs a more prominent space in the lobby. Excellent fitness center
