We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. We stayed in the vantage club master bay suite and highly recommend it to everyone. It was BEAUTIFUL! Only complaint is we weren’t allowed to take food to go from the buffet or order food for pick up from restaurants. Options are also pretty limited and they should make their menus more simple. They over did it a bit but the resort itself was gorgeous and had a wonderful vibe. We would LOVE to stay here again!!! Staff was 10/10 friendly and helpful. They have a few kinks to work out but it’s new and I imagine those will be taken care of soon. :)

This resort all around was beautiful and clean. The pools was nice especially the roof top infinity pool. absolutely beautiful view The staff was excellent !!! The food at the restaurant was OK . Only wish the portion was a little bigger . We prefer the buffet way better. Their beach club was beautiful had a good vibe and the food there was delicious. Activities was good but was the same every day. Need to change it up. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

The hotel is modern, luxurious and treats guest with uttermost care. They care about your safety and the staff are always willing to attend to your needs. They have different restaurants that you reserve through the app and a buffet which I personally enjoyed the food! The French restaurant had amazing food!!! Also They have different activities everyday to entertain like kareoke. However, it’s like a bubble I suggest booking excursions to keep your day busy and explore Mexico. Please be aware that outside the resorts, Mexicans see you as a $ sign and they will hackle you asking for tips everywhere! They don’t care about tourist and This was so overwhelming and made me never want to go back to Mexico. The resort was the only place where no one asked for tips. The only downside to the resort is a sewer smell that permeates around the front pool area. It’s impossible to lay down or enjoy the pool with that horrible smell. Outside of this, the resort was excellent and if ever go back I’ll stay there again. The staff were kind and attentive and very professional, book this resort If you want a quiet stay.
